Being a college student, I use to have a crazy sleep schedule. I'd sleep 11 hours sometimes, waking up at 2 in the afternoon. I hated it. I felt like I would waste my day. With this new program though, Powerful Sleep, Kacper teaches you how to sleep less but have even more energy. It's an amazing program that I currently put to use everyday.
This is one of my favorite products. There is also a newsletter that you should at least sign up for because it too provides great tips.
